1st off, I apologize because there are probably a bunch of prior threads on this. I just didn't want to spend hours trying to find the one that provides an answer. About 6 months ago, I built my 1st ar15 and have only shot it twice. I recently had surgery on my clavicle, labrum, bicep tendon and rotator cuff and am 62 yrs old. Although there is little recoil on an ar15, I'd like to minimize it as much as I can. From what I have read, a brake minimizes muzzle flip/recoil but makes the gun much louder. Are there any nice options out there that limit recoil, aren't super loud and look aggressive on the gun? To make your answers easier on whoever responds, feel free just to give me a link to something that may be appropriate. Thanks a lot!
What is best AR15 muzzle brake/flash suppressor 4 me?
